United Schools Network is guided by three strategic priorities that lead our organization to becoming the network of choice.
Every child deserves access to an excellent education regardless of their zip code. We strive to eliminate non-academic barriers to success and establish schools as community resources in order to increase academic outcomes for students.
At United Schools Network, strong culture drives strong academics. We work to build culture through strengthening professional development, enhancing physical spaces, expanding educational and enrichment programs, and recruiting and retaining great talent to create a thriving learning environment for staff and students alike.
While we serve more students each year than ever before, we know that we must advance the charter school and educational mission in order to make gains for students across the state and country. To meet this aim, we advocate for equitable funding policies, increase our community presence, expand the reach of School Performance Institute, and strengthen our board and impact.
These strategic priorities drive every action that we take so that we can achieve our vision — For every child, an open door.
